The Position: We’re looking for a Data Entry Coordinator to join our team in our Federal Way, WA office. This position is responsible for accurately completing all new lease files from all business channels and forbearance files, accurate data entry into appropriate systems, scanning, indexing and finalizing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Accurately completing all new lease files from all business channels and forbearance files, to include: UCC completion including fixture filings, clean-up, finalizing, completing the ACH, APS payment and insurance processes, accurate data entry into appropriate systems, scanning, indexing and finalizing.
Analyzes information received to ensure it is correct and follows up with outside sources to obtain any information needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary and comprehensive benefits. The annualized range for this role is $38,064.00 -$39,728.00, and the pay rate for the successful applicant depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and education. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process. The Associate Public Records Analyst takes a lead role data accuracy for criminal and civil court data displayed on AppFolio screening reports. Your impact

Review, analyze and filter public records with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a criminal offense database and classify records
Perform re-investigation of disputed records through various channels (eg. web and direct calls to courthouses)
Identify trends in the data and find solutions to improve procedures
Understand and comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to the background screening industry and AppFolio’s screening business
Prioritize cases as necessary; effectively manage a full caseload and queue
Ensure all timelines and compliance requirements are met for every case
Develop and build relationships with partners and vendors
Liaise closely with team members (both direct, and wider) to build strong internal relationships and broaden the knowledge base
Additional public record projects and tasks as required

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience including research and data integrity
Criminal court, police department or probation department experience highly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a meticulous eye for detail; strong proofreading skills
Ability to work with flexibility and agility in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive and curious attitude
Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and to maintain compliance
Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and complete tasks in a timely manner with precision, using independent judgment to accomplish goals
Ability to follow through on tasks until completed

Must have

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, cloud-based tools required; experience with Salesforce a plus
BA/BS degree or relevant equivalent work experience required-

Nice to have

Education in Criminal Justice preferred

The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $21.75 – $27.60/Hourly

The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of this position is computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records.

Working Hours:

Responsibilities

  • Contact physician’s office as needed for refill authorization.
  • Contact client for verification of orders as needed.
  • Process all new and refill prescriptions.
  • Open orders as needed, verify eligibility, proof and input prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Document correspondence and follow up in the system.
  • Prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to manager.
  • Forward incomplete or rejected scripts to appropriate department for resolution and track status in the system.
  • Initiate and document correspondence and follow up in system.
  • May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests.
  • May provide backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and provide high standard of customer service to the client.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per State requirements.
  • General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and manager to ensure that best practices are shared.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays and alternate shifts for PTO/staffing coverages as 24/7/365 operational needs dictate.

Qualifications Preferred 

  • Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year.
  • Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology.

The Billing Specialist records the day-to-day transactions related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and

Specific responsibilities include:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of billing or accounting experience
  • Experience working in the SAAS industry is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred.
    Technical Skills:
  • Excellent computer skills are required including extensive experience with Microsoft Office and
    G Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

​​About the Role:

The Credentialing Contractor will be engaged in all aspects of credentialing of health care professionals. This includes onboarding new providers, assisting in resolution of issues facing current providers, and making sure all providers have current certification and licensure. The Credentialing Contractor will report to the Senior Operations Manager, Supply, but will frequently coordinate with the Credentialing Manager.

You Will:

  • Categorize and resolve (escalating when necessary) credentialing related support issues
  • Assist with organizing, maintaining, and verifying all aspects of the credentialing process while updating current files on practitioners.
  • Audit and verify compliance with NCQA and state level requirements for providers to practice.
  • Data entry of new applications/licenses in the credentialing database.
  • Update and process various agreements.
  • Perform employment verifications and send out certificates of insurance for current providers.
  • Document and audit receipts for licensure reimbursement.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years credentialing experience with working knowledge of credentialing accreditation regulations, policies and procedures, and NCQA standards.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed.
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines; with the ability to re-prioritize as needed.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Google Suite, and Internet use.
