Job Summary:
As a Data Connection Administrator at OneDigital, you will provide administrative support for technology customers.
Duties:
- Initial Case Intake and Vetting
- Online Access;
- Product Validation;
- Integration Notification;
- Sorting discrepancies reports;
- Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols;
- Process carriers that require US processing of eligibility maintenance tasks. This includes but is not limited to entering information into the carrier website, completing carrier spreadsheets, emailing/faxing the document to the carrier or processing the transaction over the phone with the carrier contact.
- Follow up with the carrier to obtain status updates.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, reporting any incompatibilities;
- Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA);
- Meet or exceed department goals as defined;
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

The Associate Public Records Analyst takes a lead role data accuracy for criminal and civil court data displayed on AppFolio screening reports. Your impact
Review, analyze and filter public records with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a criminal offense database and classify records
Perform re-investigation of disputed records through various channels (eg. web and direct calls to courthouses)
Identify trends in the data and find solutions to improve procedures
Understand and comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to the background screening industry and AppFolio’s screening business
Prioritize cases as necessary; effectively manage a full caseload and queue
Ensure all timelines and compliance requirements are met for every case
Develop and build relationships with partners and vendors
Liaise closely with team members (both direct, and wider) to build strong internal relationships and broaden the knowledge base
Additional public record projects and tasks as required
Qualifications
2+ years of related experience including research and data integrity
Criminal court, police department or probation department experience highly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a meticulous eye for detail; strong proofreading skills
Ability to work with flexibility and agility in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive and curious attitude
Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and to maintain compliance

- Process all new and refill prescriptions.

- Document correspondence and follow up in the system.
- Prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to manager.

Qualifications
