Calendly is looking for a Product Specialist to join our fast-growing team! The Product Specialist is responsible for being on the front lines of customer support issues. You will resolve tickets promptly and effectively by maintaining expert-level product knowledge. In order to stay at the top of industry customer service standards, we need to continually grow our team.

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, email and chat based customer support environment. This role will require product expertise, exemplary time management skills, critical thinking about problem-solving, and effective communication throughout the customer experience. Due to the hours of coverage, it is imperative that the person in this role exercise good, professional judgment and be able to thrive in a relatively self-sufficient context. We’re looking for self-starters who are curious and intrinsically motivated to make an impact.

Available shifts

This role has a consistent 5-day per week work schedule including one weekend day: your shift each week will be either Sunday – Thursday  or  Tuesday – Saturday

*Schedule: Overnight 12am to 9am Eastern Time*

Working with our Client Success Team comprised of Revenue Cycle Managers (RCM), Client Success Advisors (CSA) and Client Revenue Advisors (CRA), the Client Success Reports Creator is responsible for creating, running, and obtaining key client and business reports to support the organizations Greenway Revenue Services clients. Education:

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in report writing and data extraction.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to log into tools and systems to pull data
  • Ability to create and pull reports from software systems
  • Ability to create tables and graphs from data
  • Ability to multi-task. Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

  • Under general supervision of the Business Operations Manager and the Senior Financial Analyst, the Finance Clerk will provide support to the Finance department on the Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) in Centennial, CO.
  • As the liaison between the Finance and HR departments on financial issues, the Finance Clerk is responsible for the review and processing reimbursement requests, performing cost and financial analysis of data, and providing pertinent trainings to deploying personnel as needed.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a liaison between finance and other HR departments and candidates on financial issues pertaining to Physical Qualification (PQ) Reimbursement.
  • Aids employees in completion of travel expense reports; organizes and tracks backup submitted
  • Performs financial and administrative processing and reporting for timecards and distributes pertinent reports to management.
  • Research, extract and compile data for use in recurring and nonrecurring reports
  • Utilize related spreadsheets to enter, revise, sort, calculate and retrieve data for reporting purposes.
  • Examine, verify and maintain financial accounts, data and transactions including verification of the accuracy and completeness of the accounting data.
  • Other assigned duties as needed to support the mission.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior data entry/billing experience required

Expected Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Functional knowledge in the use of financial software applications.
  • Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulation policy desired
  • Must possess excellent oral, written, and communication skills
  • Must have a good work ethic and be available for nights and weekends if necessary to accommodate operational needs.

This position supports a Service Contract Act (SCA) where the hourly wage is determined by the Department of Labor (DOL). The hourly wage for this position is $17.71 for Arapahoe County which may be eligible for health and welfare (H&W) fringe benefit rate as specified by the DOL and Area Wage Determination.
