Technical Change Manager

  • IT Industry Experience preferred.

  • Monitor & Govern Change Queues
  • Review and Approve/Deny Normal and Emergency Changes
  • Review and Follow-up on Denied Changes
  • Changes Approaching Approval Lead time.
  • Change Closures and Change Post-implementation Review.
  • Guide and Support Community via incoming online chat queue.
