About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in developing and optimizing solutions tailored for operators and executives within senior living communities. In this pivotal role, you will be the champion for understanding the unique needs of these users, driving strategic product development, and ensuring seamless EHR integrations and exceptional product performance. You will play a crucial part in shaping the future of senior care technology. Job Summary
The Customer Insights & Data Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in analyzing customer usage data for Ryder’s products to identify sales and expansion opportunities. This manager is responsible for communicating with business stakeholders to understand Ryder’s products and coordinating with technical and IT teams to identify and evaluate previously untapped data sources.
