- Builds and maintains a high-performing team by managing, developing, coaching, and recognizing team members.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborates on the management of external partners and vendor relationships.
- Collaborates across teams and departments to ensure integrated strategies and cohesive outcomes.
- Advocates and supports the team in making informed decisions on technology platforms and vendor selections.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in technology with progressive management experience, including leading teams in implementing RPA or similar automation technologies.
- Strong project management skills and experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
