What will the Accounting & Finance Manager do?
- Preparation of key financial indicators and reconciliation statements.
- Responsible for budget requirements for proposals & oversight of departmental and project budgets
- Preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Management of accounting functions, grant management, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Provide information for the completion of Form 990, and other annual financial reports
- Compliance with US reporting requirements and implementation of fiscal policies.
- Will be responsible for developing policies, procedures, and budget processes.
- Identification of areas for improved cost management and implementation of cost reduction opportunities.
- Recommends and implements fiscal policies and procedures consistent with company requirements and the requirements of funding partners.
