Job Description

Data Entry Combined with critical thinking to build cases for our clients! Sound like something you are interested in?

Our clients are health insurance carriers. We try to get reimbursement for claims our client’s paid out due to a motor vehicle accident, slip/fall, product liability, premise liability, med mal, restitution, Workers Comp – essentially anything where there is another carrier that is responsible for medical bills. For this position, after eligibility is determined with our client on manual cases, the case will come to you. You are responsible for updating the case with eligibility provided, reviewing correspondence received and summarizing in a note in the case. There is a standard set on an hourly basis of how many files are to be opened. While you will receive a phone, there is no phone work required in this position. We do provide all equipment, you are responsible for providing internet service. Your computer and hard phone will need to be hard wired into your modem/router.

Our training is about a week long, hours are 8 – 4:30, CST. After training, it’s 8:00 – 5:00 or 8:30 – 5 CST depending on hr or half hr lunch
