The Role:
The Physician Onboarding Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the onboarding Cerebral talent. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of administrative experience in a fast paced or start up work environment, and experience working in healthcare settings, especially with Medical Doctors. The Onboarding Coordinator will work in multiple systems to ensure efficacy and timeliness of entry into the organization and company platforms.
Who you are
- 1+ years experience health care Administration function, bonus for credentialing or physician onboarding into a practice
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience using G Suite (ie. creating calendar events for the organization or clinician teams)
- Extremely detail-oriented, yet creative and innovative
- Self starter with a positive attitude, great demeanor and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote startup environment
- Reliable continuous internet connection during working hours
- Bachelor or Associates degree
How your skills and passion will come to life at Cerebral:
- Onboard all new hires using multiple platforms (GSuite, Airtable etc.)
- Data entry and updating relevant information
- Collaborate with the IT team in problem solving client issues
- Facilitate system training sessions
- Ability to move fast, work efficiently at a hyper growth startup
- Update your direct report with onboarding processes blockers and streamline new procedures as necessary
- Correspond directly with incoming and newly hired employees
- Be a resource for physician candidates in their experience joining the Cerebral team
- Create a positive, welcoming experience for all incoming and newly hired employees
- Complete additional tasks within scope of role (as assigned)
- Liaise between clinician management team, credentialing department, and new hires
- Work with operations team for any structural concerns or issues
