🧾 About the Role
Conduent is hiring entry-level Data Entry Clerks to provide document processing and administrative support for one of its government or Fortune 100 clients. This is a production-oriented, remote position with structured shifts and cross-training opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Position Highlights
• Pay Rate: $14.00/hr
• Schedule Options:
– Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
– Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Overtime & Some Saturdays: Required
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Conversion: Eligible for ABC Pay Per Performance Program after 90 days

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process physical and digital documents for data entry and scanning
• Enter data accurately and identify missing information
• Create and maintain organized databases of processed documents
• Provide quality administrative support with attention to detail
• Deliver great customer service in a back-office support role
• Cross-train with other team members and support additional tasks as needed
• Follow written/verbal instructions and meet deadlines
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM (Typing Test Required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict production goals
• Must have wired internet access and meet remote tech requirements

• Reliable wired internet connection (not Wi-Fi only)
• Ability to work scheduled shift from a quiet, dedicated space
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate internal platforms and data systems
