You are responsible for

  • Sharing knowledge and providing leadership regarding all of the workflows and processes, related to billing and scheduling of implantable cardiac devices.
  • Managing various patient data projects as it relates to onboarding new clinics, legacy clinics and business operations.
  • Maintaining our databases and conducting routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity.
  • Assisting with reports and data extraction when needed.
  • Reviewing data for inconsistencies that could skew analytical results.
  • Communicating with Onboarding team, Patient Engagement team, Remote Care Coordinators and Billing departments regarding demographic updates.
  • Updating patient demographics when EMR integration alerts are generated on missing data, when new patients are added or insurance changes.
  • Having knowledge of all cardiac rhythm management manufacturer portals and the internal portals.
  • Manipulation/combination of large data sets and calculating/setting up future schedules on the manufacturer portal.
  • Developing standard operating procedures for data handling, maintaining internal data asset library (SharePoint), troubleshooting data-related problems and authorizing maintenance.
  • Responsible for performance management and development of Patient Data Team.

Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) is part of the Philips Connected Care business cluster. Philips BioTelemetry is part of the AM&D business and provides remote cardiac monitoring services for more than one million patients per year. Philips acquired BioTelemetry in early 2021. The combination of Philips and BioTelemetry results in a global leader in patient care management solutions for the hospital and the home, a leading U.S.-based provider of remote cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 + years of experience with data entry, managing sensitive medical records and working in EMR systems such as EPIC, Centricity, ECW, AllScripts
  • 2 + years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Strong skills in tools such as Microsoft Excel (ex. v look ups and merging data sets) and Outlook
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with large data sets
