About The Role:

As a Public Records Product Analyst on the Sterling Crim Product team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional client support experience to our commercial team, work cross functionality with marketing, research and help bring new products to market.

This Is What You’ll Do:

Bring Public Records product awareness and education to client-facing teams.

Ensure compliance and FCRA standards are adhered to and executed accurately.

Collaborate cross-functionally with our teams in Sales, Vertical Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to find solutions for our clients.

Work with clients to scope, plan and implement the adoption of Crim.

Lead demos, training, conduct walk-throughs and solution reviews through presentations.

Drive proofs of concept and pilots for high-priority and complex customers.

Proactively identify and mitigate significant risks, unknowns, and hindrances to implementation plans.

Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay up to date on Public Records product knowledge.

Maintain thorough documentation and follow organizational processes to ensure successful implementation of products.

Work and communicate across groups and articulate the needs for compliance and risk management.

Ensure the highest standard of product knowledge by organizing and providing regular product training.

Develop marketing communication materials such as product bulletins, product brochures and company website updates.

Perform market research including identifying customer needs, collect competitors’ information, study industry and market trends, provide market analysis and identify market opportunity.

Communicate collected feedback to the product team for future enhancements.

This Is The Job For You If You:

Have 2-3 years of experience preferably in a product support role or a business customer-facing support role.

Want to become a subject matter expert with a love for learning.

Have the ability to prioritize and work efficiently within a ticket support system.

The pay range for this position is $45,000-$60,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive bonus plan. A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided.
