Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Fully remote (must be located in Puerto Rico)
  • Starting pay: $12.00/hr.

What You’ll Do

  • Review, file, and confirm legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand industry knowledge
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in documentation
  • Assist with additional projects as assigned

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • No experience required; data entry experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of 40–50+ WPM
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
