Remote (must reside in Alabama)
What You’ll Do
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Quality check data entry for accuracy and completeness
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues, escalating when needed
- Participate in ongoing training to learn process and industry standards
- Complete additional projects as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Team-focused mindset and reliability
- Typing speed: 60–70+ WPM
- Data entry experience is a plus, not required
