Join our high-performance Media Ad Operations team, helping top companies market to public safety professionals through digital campaigns, email newsletters, and sponsored content. As a Media Ad Ops Associate, youβll handle campaign setup, QA, tracking, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments with tight deadlines and big results.
π What Youβll Do
π Campaign Trafficking & QA (30%)
β’ Set up display, video, and native ads in Google Ads Manager (GAM)
β’ Apply audience/contextual targeting, upload creatives, and test tracking
β’ Ensure flawless delivery and pacing
π¬ Email Ad Ops (30%)
β’ Manage ad placements in daily/weekly newsletters
β’ QA formatting and performance across email clients
β’ Align with editorial + content calendars
π± Social Advertising Support (10%)
β’ Use Meta Ads Manager for sponsored content
β’ Schedule paid + organic posts via SocialFlow
π Project Coordination (10%)
β’ Manage workflows in Wrike and orders in Naviga
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Editorial, Creative, and Customer Success
π CMS Targeting (10%)
β’ Use Brightspot CMS to manage sponsor pages
β’ Tag articles for accurate key-value targeting
π§ Troubleshooting & Optimization (5%)
β’ Monitor and optimize delivery, targeting, and pacing
β’ Resolve issues with internal devs or vendors as needed
π Reporting & Analytics (5%)
β’ Build reports with GAM + email platform data
β’ Track viewability, engagement, and UTMs
β’ Provide insights to improve campaign outcomes
π― Must-Have Qualifications
β’ 2β4 years experience in digital ad operations (preferably in publishing)
β’ Strong hands-on skills with Google Ads Manager (GAM)
β’ Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, especially for email
β’ Familiarity with email ad platforms like Delivera, Sailthru, Campaign Monitor
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
β’ Experience with Wrike, Asana, or Jira
β’ Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
β’ Excellent time management and communication skills
β’ Experience with SocialFlow or comparable social scheduling tools
β Preferred Experience
β’ CMS management (Brightspot, WordPress, etc.)
β’ Reporting/analytics interpretation and optimization
β’ Social media ad management via Meta Ads
β’ Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or similar field
