π Overview
Senture is looking for driven individuals to join the Member Engagement teamβsupporting healthcare members by scheduling in-home or virtual evaluations that help them take charge of their health. This is a fast-paced, results-driven outbound call center role where performance is rewarded through a tiered monthly incentive plan.
π― Position Highlights
β’ π Make 350β450 outbound calls daily (plus limited inbound calls)
β’ π¬ Use pre-approved scripts and rebuttals to schedule healthcare evaluations
β’ πΈ Earn up to $1,125/month in incentives
β’ β° Work full-time with performance-based raises:
ββ 6 months: $13.50/hr
ββ 1 year: $14.00/hr
ββ 2 years: $14.50/hr
β’ π Fully remote β all equipment provided
β’ π 2 weeks of paid mandatory training (100% attendance required)
π§ Qualifications
βοΈ High School Diploma or equivalent
βοΈ Motivated and goal-oriented with a sales mindset
βοΈ Strong communication and objection-handling skills
βοΈ Comfortable following fixed schedules and meeting performance goals
βοΈ Able to use multiple systems at once and learn quickly
βοΈ Prior call center experience with auto-dialers (preferred)
βοΈ Must pass background check, drug screen, and provide valid ID and proof of education
π» Work-from-Home Requirements
β’ Wired internet connection:
βββ Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
βββ Latency at or below 100ms
β’ No hotspots, Wi-Fi, satellite, or cellular connections allowed
β’ Quiet, distraction-free home workspace (furniture not provided)
β’ Accountability for schedule adherence and HIPAA-compliant conduct
π Responsibilities
β’ Call members to schedule, adjust, or cancel healthcare evaluations
β’ Follow provided scripts and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
β’ Use rebuttals to overcome objections and encourage member participation
β’ Meet performance metrics: outbound dials, appointments, call handling time
β’ Escalate member complaints appropriately
β’ Occasionally support peers as a subject matter expert
β’ Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA protocols
β’ Be open to overtime when business needs require it
