Nira Medical is seeking a Collections and Payments Specialist to support our Infusion & Revenue Cycle Management team. In this role, youβll proactively handle third-party collections, reconcile payment issues, and escalate disputes when necessaryβall while helping uphold a high standard of care.

π What Youβll Own
β’ Conduct timely outreach to third-party payors and patients to collect on past due claims
β’ Investigate and resolve claim disputes, including initiating appeals
β’ Ensure compliance with payor guidelines and company policies
β’ Negotiate payment plans and handle escalations when needed
β’ Identify patterns or trends in claim denials or delays and escalate appropriately
β’ Participate in quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy in collections workflows
β’ Support the team in hitting monthly and quarterly cash collection targets
π― Must-Have Traits
β’ High School Diploma or GED (required)
β’ Previous experience in physician office billing or infusion drug collections (highly preferred)
β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
β’ Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
β’ Comfort using billing and collection software tools
