Help at Home is hiring a Cash Application Specialist to support its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this entry-level finance role, you’ll post payments, maintain accurate records, and support the accounts receivable process. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Accurately post payments (ACH, lockbox, credit cards)
• Reconcile complex payment entries and resolve any issues
• Retrieve remittance info from payer portals
• Maintain payment logs and digital documentation
• Investigate and follow up on unapplied payments
• Support resolution of aging A/R items
• Assist with month-end close tasks
• Serve as backup for other accounts receivable functions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or basic accounting
• Working knowledge of accounting principles
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excel proficiency and digital record-keeping skills
• Self-starter who works well independently or on a team
