π What Youβll Own
β’ Conduct outbound calls to engage patients in adherence programs
β’ Educate patients on refills and importance of consistent medication use
β’ Identify non-clinical barriers to medication compliance
β’ Coordinate renewals, provider outreach, and pharmacy communication
β’ Escalate clinical issues to licensed pharmacists
β’ Schedule MTM appointments and manage inbound calls
β’ Log all interactions in compliance with HIPAA and CMS standards
β’ Meet call quality, productivity, and attendance benchmarks

β’ Excellent written and verbal communication
β¨ Required Experience
β’ 1+ year in pharmacy, medication support, or healthcare call center
β’ High school diploma or GED
β’ Active state Pharmacy Technician License (if required)
β’ National certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
β’ Proven reliability and attendance in prior roles
